Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan selected at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, but refunds for partial billing periods are not provided.

2. Intellectual Property & Content Rights

The Zeffer Platform provides summaries and analyses based on content sourced from third-party publications. Zeffer does not claim ownership of the original copyrighted materials produced by these third parties (e.g., The Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Bloomberg, etc.).

The proprietary tri-level summaries, platform design, "Zeffer Brain" logic, and original analyses are the exclusive intellectual property of Zeffer Intelligence. You may not scrape, scrape, redistribute, or commercially exploit our summaries without express written consent.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are prohibited from:

• Sharing your premium account credentials with third parties.
• Using automated systems (bots, spiders, scrapers) to extract data from the Platform.
• Attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform's infrastructure.
